Corrective Ex offers a variety of services centered around balancing the body and correcting the diet in order to reach and maintain fitness and weight goals. Corrective Ex is short for "corrective exercise". Corrective exercise is simply put, exercises used to correct imbalances in the body. Regardless of your current fitness level, we can assess and begin to improve your stability, flexibility, and strength in a safe and progressive manner using a program designed to optimize your physical performance. By training in four to six week phases, we avoid plateaus and the risk of creating more imbalances.
Although consistent training is necessary to keep your body balanced due to repetitive movements at work and inactive lifestyles, your diet has more of an impact of your weight than how hard you train. By looking at weight gain as inflammation, we can eliminate the foods from our diets that are causing this consistent dose of inflammation and lose inches quickly. Focusing on the foods that are most benficial to our bodies, we increase our nutrition which corrects many problems due to malnutrition.
